"I first encountered Reelstrong at the Fleet Managers Conference equipment show in Williamsburg Virginia. I stopped by their booth and was looking at their pole trailer. I really liked the looks of this pole trailer and got some information on it to carry back with me.
We were looking to replace some of our older trailers soon. You could literally take two fingers and pull the extendable tongue out. Our older trailers you about had to tie the trailer down and jerk the extension out on them. The pole stanchions are easy sliding adjustable. The tongue pin you just rotate and pull out. The breakaway battery has a solar charger to keep the battery charged even when not being used. Reelstrong made an offer that most venders just do not do.
They asked if I were to buy a trailer, what color would I order. I told them white. They said, what if I build one to the color you want and ship it to you, and if you like it, you can buy it. If not, I will pick it up and carry it somewhere else. This is unheard of—I told him, sounds great!
This was a company that was willing to go out of their way to make a new customer. And that they did as I have since purchased two more. The last one we had galvanized with the tongue extension and pole light bar. We have been so pleased with everything they offer. We liked the pole light bars so well, we ordered them for all our pole trailers. The light bars are just as durable and easy to work with as the trailers are.
